It sounds like an excellent session, that was really different to normal coaching. Thanks very much for putting it together. I'm only sorry my moody teenager was slightly injured and not able to partake properly.

Son had a great time, mega workout and whilst came hone shatterred. He wants to attend again and well worth the money. Good coaching, excercise, edcuation and team work.
